The reasons for brushless motor overload can be roughly divided into three situations.
1. Caused by dragged mechanical equipment. For example, equipment blockage, misalignment of machine axis, etc. This leads to overload and even congestion of brushless motors
2. Due to the harsh working conditions of the motor, such as poor ventilation, high ambient temperature, and reasons such as mechanical failures of the motor causing overheating and reduced insulation level of the brushless motor, or even short circuits.
3. Due to poor power supply network quality, such as low voltage and three-phase imbalance, the motor current increases.
