3. Electrical wear and tear. It refers to the losses generated by the working current in the winding copper or aluminum, as well as the contact losses of the electric brush on the steering gear or collector ring.
4. Additional or stray losses during loading. This is due to the leakage magnetic field generated by the working current of the stator or rotor (including harmonic magnetic fields, various losses caused in the stator and rotor windings, and in the internal and structural components).
5. Mechanical wear and tear. It includes the ventilation loss of the dump truck motor caused by the friction loss between the rotor surface and the cooling gas due to the rotation of the rotor, as well as the power loss required by the rotary transformer installed on the motor shaft or the fan driven by the motor shaft itself, bearing friction loss, and friction loss between the brush and the commutator or collector ring.
