1. Before disassembling the brushless motor, use compressed air to blow off the dust on the surface of the motor and wipe the surface dirt clean.
2. Familiar with the structure and maintenance technical requirements of brushless deceleration motors.
3. Select the work location for dismantling the motor and clean up the on-site environment.
4. Prepare the necessary tools (including specialized tools) and equipment for dismantling.
5. In order to further understand the defects in the operation of brushless motors, if conditions permit, inspection tests can be conducted before disassembly.
In order to fully utilize the function of brushless motors, we must pay attention to the maintenance of the equipment during use. Every once in a while, conduct a complete inspection, replace the motor in a timely manner, clean the brushless motor for missing and worn parts, inspect the insulation and bearings for dust and dirt inside and outside, and check their wear condition. Identify problems as early as possible and handle them promptly.
